Our classroom is based on learning through directed and self-directed play. Play is the natural way a child learns. It is the way a child learns to concentrate, to exercise their imagination, to try out ideas, to practice grown-up behavior and to develop a sense of control over their world.
Class Announcements Valentine's Day The 3 and 4 year old classes will be celebrating Valentine's Day on Thurs. Feb.11 and Fri. Feb. 12th. Your child may bring cards to pass out to their friends. 3 year olds need 18 cards and 4 year olds need 22 cards. Each child will have a chance to be the mailperson. It is a fun day!!
Outside We will go outside on Mondays and Tuesdays. Morning classes go out at 9a.m. and afternoon classes go out at 3p.m. Please make sure your child is practicing the getting on and off of snow clothes. It also helps if clothing is labeled with their name. We will go out if the temperature is 20 degrees or more.
